We ship domestic orders via UPS Ground, within 1 or 2 business days of placing your order. Faster delivery options may be available for an additional fee, including UPS 2-day or overnight delivery options. For details, write to us using the Contact Us form. In periods of peak demand, we may use carriers besides UPS to fill your order if it results in a quicker arrival date for you.
We usually ship from Milwaukee, WI. The map below shows your estimated delivery time based on UPS' system. This is not a guarantee but should give you a good estimate of when to expect your delivery!
PO Boxes - We can ship to your PO box, but please expect an additional few days of processing time, as all USPS shipments are manually processed by our shipping team.
All hangboards and other climbing training equipment are shipped in environmentally friendly, fully recyclable corrugated cardboard packaging.
International Shipping
International orders ship via UPS, DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), which means the buyer will be responsible for all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. These fees vary by product and destination country. Canadian customers can order directly from our website, and shipping fees will be calculated automatically, but these do not include duty - you will receive an invoice from UPS directly to pay duty and taxes before final delivery. Customers from all other countries should contact us for a custom shipping quote, using the Contact Us form. We are working to streamline this process for more countries, so stay tuned!
Returns
Danger Buddies isn't happy until you are. Any item that is unused in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase when purchased directly from dangerbuddies.com. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Climbing gear, including wooden hangboards and other climbing training equipment, that has been installed, used or otherwise is not in brand new condition cannot be returned. Please do not return anything without contacting us first. We will direct you on how to return your item to us. Contact us using the Contact Us form. Items purchased from other locations outside dangerbuddies.com are subject to that retailer's returns policy.
Warranty
Danger Buddies warrants all of its products to be free from manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of your product only, and does not cover incidental damage. It is your responsibility to inspect your products before use and to be trained in the use of your product. Warranties are valid for the original purchaser of the product only and are non-transferrable. Our warranty does not apply to products that have been misused or abused, and it does not cover normal wear and tear. To obtain warranty service, contact us using the Contact Us form.

Your trust is extremely important to us, as is proper storing of your personal information. In short, we collect your personal information for the exclusive purpose of completing your transaction only. We will never sell your information, ever, period.
